Debashis Paul

Debashis Paul is an 'autism dad' and a management and marketing strategy consultant with clients from across the globe. He has worked in the advertising field with top-notch agencies, including McCann, Saatchi & Saatchi, and Lintas, managing campaigns for renowned brands like Coca-Cola, Microsoft, and more. Shifting to consulting, he worked with clients such as Pepsico and Union Bank of India while leading high-profile nationwide public service campaigns for the Indian government on issues like malnutrition and women’s health, winning numerous awards. Beyond his career, he's deeply interested in child development psychology and parenting, providing guidance for projects like the Avaz assistive communication app. He also volunteers to counsel parents of children with learning and communication difficulties. His debut non-fiction book is I Have Autism And I Like to Play Good Bad Tennis.
